- Whether an audit firm has been chosen
- Your ten most important systems, if you have the list
None of it is required. Turning up with the question is enough.
Common questions
Is this a sales call?
No. There is nothing to buy on the call. If it turns out you want somebody to do the work, we can introduce you to a provider afterwards, and you approve that before anything happens.
What if we have not decided anything yet?
That is the best time to have the conversation. Most of the value sits in the questions you have not been told to ask, and those are cheapest to answer before you are in a sales process.
Can we just email instead?
Yes. Any of the free checks on this site come back as a written answer, usually within a business day, and none of them require a call.
